Sometimes life can feel confusing, overwhelming, or just plain hard. You might feel worried, sad, angry, distracted, or like your brain just won’t slow down. You don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and I work with adults, teenagers, and children age 6 and up. I believe everyone deserves to have someone who will listen, take them seriously, and help them understand what they’re going through.

My goal is simple: to help you feel more like yourself and be able to live the life YOU want to live.

I’ve spent more than 10 years caring for children, adults, and families. My experience includes working with children and teens in pediatric emergency care and helping children, teens, and adults with their mental health. These experiences have taught me that every person is different—and there is never a one-size-fits-all answer.

I also understand that families are more than a diagnosis or a list of symptoms. As a spouse and a parent of a child with special needs, I know that sometimes the whole family needs support.

​

When you meet with me, you can expect a place where you can talk, ask questions, be yourself, and feel heard. Together, we’ll figure out what’s going on and what kind of support might help.

Whether you need help with focusing, anxiety, depression, feeling overwhelmed, trauma, or something else, we’ll take it one step at a time.
