Do you accept insurance?

Yes! Complete Psychiatric Care accepts many insurance plans. We are currently in network with

What are your self-pay rates?

Our self-pay rate is $155 per month, and we keep our pricing simple.

During your first month:
Your $155 initial payment covers your initial psychiatric evaluation plus up to three follow-up visits during the same month, if additional visits are clinically necessary.

​

After your first month:
The cost is $155 per month, regardless of whether you need one or multiple follow-up visits during that month.

If you don’t have a follow-up visit during a month, you don’t pay anything for that month.

In short:

• First month: $155 total and includes the initial visit + up to 3 necessary follow-up visits.

• Following months: $155 maximum per month for necessary follow-up care.

• No appointment = no charge.

• There are no additional charges for multiple follow-up visits within the same month.

Are you accepting new patients?

Yes! We are currently welcoming new patients, including adults, teens, and children age 6 and up.

How long is your waiting list?

We have immediate openings! We know that when you, your child, or your family member needs help, waiting weeks or months can feel overwhelming. We do our best to make getting started as simple and timely as possible.

Do you provide medical letters?

Yes. Medical letters can be provided when there is enough clinical history and information to support the requested documentation.

This service is not billable to insurance.

Do you complete FMLA paperwork?

Yes. FMLA paperwork can be completed when there is enough clinical history and information to support the requested documentation.

Fee: $100

This service is not billable to insurance.

Do you treat kids/teens/adults?

Yes. We provide psychiatric care for adults, teens, and children age 6 and up.

​

What conditions do you treat?

We provide evaluation and treatment for a variety of mental health concerns, including:

• ADHD

• Anxiety

• Depression

• PTSD and trauma-related concerns

• Bipolar disorder

• Other emotional or behavioral concerns

​What happens at the first appointment?

Your first appointment is about getting to know you and understanding what’s going on. Casey will take a detailed history, may use assessments or questionnaires, discuss your concerns and treatment goals, and talk with you about options for care.

You don't have to have everything figured out before you come in. We’ll take it one step at a time.

​Do you offer telehealth?

Yes. Telehealth appointments are available for eligible patients throughout Florida, providing a convenient way to receive care from home.

​

Do you offer in-person appointments?

Yes. Our office is located at 87003 Professional Way in Yulee, Florida.
